Immediate Delivery After Payment
After successful payment confirmation, purchased digital materials are made available electronically.
All guides, courses, documents, and other learning materials offered through Brantherra are digital. No physical shipping or delivery is involved.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, such as Stripe, PayPal, Airwallex, or another payment provider available through the website.
We do not store your full payment card details.
Following payment confirmation, delivery is arranged through the method indicated at checkout, such as a download link or email instructions. A payment redirect alone does not verify the purchase or send the files.
In most cases, access is provided shortly after payment confirmation.
However, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:
payment verification or processing;
delays in communication between the payment provider and our website;
email delivery delays;
temporary technical issues;
security or transaction review procedures;
incorrect customer information provided during checkout.
Access is provided only after we receive confirmation of a successful payment from the applicable payment provider.
How to Access Your Materials
After completing your purchase and receiving successful payment confirmation, you will normally receive a confirmation email containing information about your order and instructions for accessing the purchased materials.
Depending on the digital material and website functionality, access may be provided:
through a download link sent to the email address used during checkout;
through an account, only if a separate account-delivery service is explicitly offered at checkout;
directly through an order confirmation page;
or through another electronic delivery method clearly indicated during the purchase process.
Download links and access instructions may be unique to your order and are intended only for the purchaser.
We recommend keeping your order confirmation email and purchase information for future reference.
You are responsible for providing a valid and correctly entered email address during checkout.
Access Duration
Access duration may vary depending on the type of digital material purchased.
Where a specific access period applies, this will be indicated on the relevant course, guide, or digital material page.
Downloaded files that are provided for offline use may generally remain available on your own device after download, subject to these Terms and any applicable usage restrictions.
Where materials are provided through account-based or online access, continued availability may depend on the access period described at the time of purchase.
Digital materials are intended for individual, self-paced study unless otherwise stated.
Providing access to digital materials does not transfer ownership, copyright, or other intellectual property rights to the purchaser.
All intellectual property rights in the materials remain with Brantherra or the applicable rights holder and are governed by our Terms of Service.
Download Options
Certain digital materials may be available for download, including in PDF or other digital file formats.
Downloaded files are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise expressly stated.
You may not:
share download links with other persons;
distribute downloaded files;
upload materials to public or private file-sharing services;
resell or sublicense the materials;
publish the materials online;
reproduce the materials for redistribution;
make the files available to unauthorized third parties.
The availability of downloads, file formats, number of permitted downloads, and access method may vary depending on the material.
Where download restrictions apply, they may be described on the relevant material page or during the purchase process.
Device Compatibility
Brantherra digital materials are designed to be accessible on commonly used devices capable of opening the relevant digital file format.
Depending on the material, this may include:
desktop computers;
laptop computers;
tablets;
smartphones;
other compatible devices capable of opening the supplied file type.
An internet connection is generally required to:
complete your purchase;
receive payment confirmation;
receive or open the initial download link;
access account-based materials;
download the purchased files.
After downloading a file, continued internet access may not be required for materials that can be stored and opened locally on your device.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device has compatible software and sufficient storage to open and use the purchased materials.
We cannot guarantee identical formatting or functionality across every device, browser, operating environment, or file-viewing application.
What If I Don’t Receive Access?
If your payment has been confirmed but you do not receive the confirmation email or cannot locate your purchased digital materials, please take the following steps:
Check your spam, junk, and other filtered email folders.
Confirm that the email address entered during checkout was correct.
Allow a reasonable period for the payment provider to complete payment confirmation.
Check whether the payment is still pending with your bank or payment provider.
If the checkout provider offers an order record, review the purchase confirmation there.
Contact Brantherra support if the materials are still unavailable.
When contacting us, please include:
your order number or order ID;
the email address used during checkout;
the approximate date of purchase;
the name of the digital material purchased;
relevant payment confirmation information, where available.
For security reasons, please do not send us your full payment card number, card security code, passwords, or other sensitive authentication details.
If we confirm that payment was successfully completed but the digital material was not properly delivered, we may reissue the download link, restore access, or otherwise provide the purchased material.
